The directors of CBM Corporation Co., Ltd, Mr Chy Sila and Mr Kouch Sokly opened their first retail outlet, selling Compact Discs in 1998. Within two years the CD World Brand had become the leading seller of Compact Discs in Phnom Penh.
 
 In 2002 the two directors decided to add Food & Beverage  to their business portfolio. The first BB WORLD outlet was launched  in Phnom Penh offering fast food products such as burgers, fried chicken and soft drinks. 
 
 CBM Corporation Co., Ltd was founded on 25th November 2002. Since then there has been major growth in demand for western-style food products and  CBM Corporation Co., Ltd has expanded to meet those demands with the three major brands: 
 
 BB World: The Cambodian equivalent to McDonalds but with an element of Kentucky Fried Chicken. BB World specializes in burgers, beef, chicken and fish along with a variety of chicken products ranging from fried chicken through to chicken nuggets. There are currently 3 BBW World outlets in Phnom Penh with one more outlet  opening in July 2009.
 
 Pizza World: Pizza World is the Cambodian equivalent of Pizza Hut. Specialities include a wide range of Pizzas, together with Salads, Soups, Chicken with plenty of choices for desserts and beverages. There are currently 3 Pizza World outlets in Phnom Penh with one more outlet  opening in July 2009.
 
 T&C World: T&C World is a coffee shop brand selling a wide range of hot and cold coffee, tea, alcohol and soft drinks together with a range of both western and asian dishes. There are currently 12 outlets in Phnom Penh with plans to expand in the near future.
